Whispering Ridge Subdivision
We are excited to announce plans are finally underway to begin Whispering Ridge, Unit 2! If you have been waiting for a development with trees, wetlands, rolling ground and Lake Michigan water - this is it! You have an opportunity to choose your lot first before the choice lots are all taken in what promises to be one of the nicest developments in the area. As a "pre-construction" incentive, we are offering $5,000 off the list price.
See the plot map and price list for additional info under "New Homes For Sale" in our top menu. We have recently installed a sign on 85th Avenue identifying the development. During the month of December we will be staking and clearing for roads. At this time we are accepting a fully refundable $10,000 deposit, which will "hold" your lot until improvements are complete at the end of 2008. If you have any further questions or would like a personal tour, feel free to call.
